Installation and Production Support
Every new Welding system is supported world-wide by the Herrmann Group. For retooling and/or new machine system startup, our service staff is available upon request.
Calibration
A calibration is done using documented procedures, which are based on national and international standards. Calibrations are performed only by factory trained experienced technicians.
Training
We offer at our in-house training facility Seminars and work shops for all areas of Ultrasonic Welding
System specific training of your operators and maintenance personal.
Diagnostics - Repair
With a scheduled preventative maintenance, we ensure our customers optimum performance and uptime of their equipment.
After Sales support

Electronic Monitoring
An important component of our Welding systems is SELFCHECK, an integrated electronic diagnostic system that continuously monitors all relevant machine functions. If a fault condition develops, SELFCHECK will automatically display a message. The right replacement module can be on the way, following a phone call to our service department.
